From the beginner to the professional, everyone can perfect their skating on approximately 185 km of cross-country ski trail, classic high-altitude loops in Niederthai and Gries near Längenfeld, as well as on the cross-country ski trail through the wide valley near Längenfeld and Umhausen. The Ötztal region is one of the Tyrolean cross-country specialties and will impress you with a wide range of activities for Nordic skiing enthusiasts. CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING IN LÄNGENFELD
Due to its geographic location, Längenfeld offers the ideal place and the best conditions for enthusiastic cross-country skiers, and those who want to become one. Surrounded by the Ötztal Alps, the Längenfeld basin is an inviting location for your sporting activities. As a cross-country ski enthusiast, you will really get your money’s worth.
At AQUA DOME, you can directly enter and exit the trail and tackle a total of more than 50 km of well-maintained trails. You can also try out all the different styles of cross-country skiing, with 30 km of trails for the classic style, and 13 km to try out your skating technique, the choice is broad.
An absolute highlight is the 3 kilometer long night run in Oberried, which is lit in winter from 05.00pm until 09.00pm – a dream for every winter sports enthusiast.
